Vessel Selection
As an authorized dealer of many brands, we can offer a wide range of new and pre-owned vessels under favorable conditions.
When choosing a boat, the final decision is yours, regardless of the model, number of cabins, or equipment you select. However, to make your purchase more accessible, we will recommend the most cost-effective models based on our professional experience. Moreover, by providing a detailed calculation of costs and revenues, we will present the profitability of individual vessel models to help you find the most suitable boat that meets your needs.
Owner’s Weekly
During the charter season (from April 1 to October 31), you are entitled to 10 weeks of ownership, with a maximum of 3 weeks in July and August and no more than 3 consecutive weeks. You can book your ownership weeks in advance. Keep in mind that the more weeks you use, the lower the expected income may be. You can also use additional owner weeks outside the charter season. We do not charge a commission for owner weeks, except for final cleaning and the mandatory tourist tax (€1.30/person/night). Another advantage of the charter management program is that your yacht is ready immediately upon your arrival, allowing you to set sail the same day.
Vessel Registration
The vessel must be registered under the Croatian flag or the flag of any other EU country in order to be chartered in Croatian waters. Registering the vessel in the name of a company within the EU will allow you to receive a full VAT refund.
If you decide to register your vessel in Croatia, we can handle the entire registration process on your behalf.
Company Registration and VAT
Income Tax
The corporate income tax rate in Croatia is 12%. However, the calculated depreciation of the vessel is considered an expense. The calculated depreciation can range from 10% to 20% per year (higher than the actual depreciation), which can reduce the company’s profit to zero, ultimately resulting in no personal income tax being paid.
